I will now cover the eyebrows with skin and draw a soft line with the Brush Tool(B) size 3 and the color brown closer to the skin.
We have to take care of all the details of the face:
1. The eyes: paint the eyes to look exactly like the picture above

With the Eyedropper Tool(I) find the color of the part of the eye that you want to draw…make the eye from blurry well defined…Use white to make the eyes brighter
2. The nose has to be small and not very visible….where is dark color soften for a real doll.
3. The mouth: blur the skin of the mouth; cover the teeth; redraw the line of the mouth with the apropriate color; reshape the mouth until you like the result; pick a brighter color (red or something) and with Brush Tool color the mouth(i’ve used 22 % opacity…)…

4. Image- Adjustments- Color balance to obtain the color that you like….i’ve used red and yellow…Play with Brightness/Contrast and Curves to find a better result.
5. I also used a red color to paint the cheeks(opacity 15% and than blur).
6. For the hair i’ve used a google photo….the color of the hair was to yellow so i used Color balance to integrated with the rest of the image…i ve cut the hait to follow the shape of the face….i’ve used Burn Tool (O) size 8 exposure 13 % to darken some parts of the hair…The Burn Tool is also useful for other parts of the face…use it with low exposure whenever you want to underline some part of the face.
The final result is this! i hope you like it! If you have questions i will be happy to answer!
